Oh my gosh...

I cannot believe I have been so busy I haven't even posted. Nov. 6th I had shoulder surgery. I had a calcium deposit on my left shoulder and it needed to be removed. I am still going to Physical therapy and it is sore off an on but for the most part everything went very well.

Witches and Pumpkins

Just a few pics of the kids and our October festivities. We went to Gardner Viallage to see the witches and then to the Engh Floral Pumpkin Patch. The kids are always so full of spunk and energy. Where oh where has mine all gone? LOL

Hawaii and me

I was so lucky to have the opportunity to go to Hawaii a few weeks ago. I have the BEST boss on earth. He took Tom and I there for my "30" years of working for him. I went to Oahu for three days by myself and met Tom in Kauai for another five. It was so relaxing with Tom and a great week to have away in such a gorgeous environment.

My MIL crochet this lace heart a couple of years ago just for us to use on a scrapbook page. I also used MM Christmas ribbon from a long time ago, Daisy D pattern paper I have had for a while and MM mailbox letters.

Use your stash challenge- scallops, stripes and hand journaling!

Cookie baker...I used a stripe background paper, cut my circle with scallop scissors and hand journaled : "Kalli just loves to help make cookies. She has to pour everything in the bowl herself. Then turn on the mixer and of course lick the beater! "

Use your stash: purple, paint & polka dots!

Purple is everywhere in the background paper as well as pattern paper and accents. I painted the edges of everything in white. And polka dots are on both pattern papers and the ribbon tie on the journaling block. Journaling reads: Kalli and Brennan are the cutest Borther and Sister. They were so excited to get Bunk Beds at the cabin.
